Role Description:

As a Data ETL Specialist, you will:

• Support the design, development, and maintenance of Oracle Business Intelligence solutions, including RPD, reporting, data modeling, PL/SQL, and Fusion Middleware.
• Enhance RPD performance through effective aggregation strategies, query tuning, and cache management.
• Collaborate with database administrators, ETL developers, and other stakeholders to ensure data integrity and reliable performance within BI Apps integrations.
• Document RPD design and development processes, establish best practices, and participate in governance to adhere to Oracle standards.
• Provide technical support for RPD-related issues, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and resolve data integration challenges alongside various teams.
• Coordinate release activities across different environments and teams with the release manager, managing risks to business operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in cloud-based analytics platforms, including at least 2 years with Oracle Analytics Cloud services.
• A proven ability to successfully plan and implement Oracle RPD solutions in a complex, multinational, multi-vendor corporate environment.
• A proven track record of service excellence, possessing strong stakeholder relationship skills and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams effectively.
