Job Details:

Salary: PHP 100,000-140,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM AEST)

Skills Required:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- 3-4 years of experience in data governance tooling and data management roles.

- Proficiency with Alation Data Governance Platform or similar tools.

- Strong understanding of data governance principles, data privacy laws, and regulations.

Nice to Have:

- Background in data management concepts like data modeling, metadata management, and data quality.

- Relevant certifications in data governance or related fields.

- Experience with SQL, Python, or other scripting languages.

- Experience working in a global retail company is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support data governance processes, focusing on Alation and other tools.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate Alation as a central data governance tool.

- Administer the Alation platform, handling user and metadata management.

- Monitor and maintain Alation and data sources, generating data governance reports.

- Develop and implement data governance policies.

- Maintain data catalogues and ensure metadata accuracy.

- Facilitate data literacy and provide training.

- Ensure data quality and compliance with data governance tools.

- Develop documentation and training materials.

- Assist in data lineage and comprehensive metadata management activities.
