Job Opportunity: Data Governance Specialist At Allianz Indonesia

Position Overview

Join Allianz Indonesia as a Data Governance Specialist where you will define and establish our company's data governance framework and performance metrics to ensure the proper management of all critical data elements. Your role will involve:

• Defining roles and responsibilities related to data governance and ensuring accountability for the stewardship of critical data elements
• Developing and maintaining key artifacts such as business glossaries and data catalogs, along with necessary documentation like policies, standards, and standard operating procedures (SoPs)
• Deploying and enforcing policies and procedures to ensure data is used and maintained properly and consistently
• Collaborating closely with business areas to enhance the quality and value of critical data elements and to respond to regulatory protection requirements
• Promoting efficient, accurate records, and effective information management throughout the organization
• Working closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure escalation for governance, data quality, and protection issues
• Evaluating concerns in data governance, including problem definitions, opportunity and solution recommendations, and root cause analysis

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• At least three years of experience in data governance within an end-user environment
• Experience with local and global data privacy regulations, including GDPR and PI
• A strong sense of ownership
• Excellent computer skills and superior communication abilities
• A problem-solving mindset
