About Your Role

As the Data Governance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving and supporting data governance initiatives. Your responsibilities will include solving complex problems, managing projects, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure data domains are distinct, high-quality, and synergistic.

This role is crucial for solving business-critical problems and advising on various Chief Data Office activities. You'll foster stakeholder collaboration and oversee the seamless execution of data governance activities.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You should be highly organized with excellent problem-solving abilities and adept at driving change. While experience in technology or data governance is preferred, it is not mandatory.

An understanding of data governance fundamentals, data management tools, data modeling, and data architectures will be beneficial. A strong consulting background with a focus on project management and data operating models is an added advantage.

As a trusted advisor, your ability to develop strategic road maps and remediation plans to mitigate risks will be invaluable. Experience in performance management metrics is also highly desirable.
