The pay range is $89,700.00 - $161,500.00. Pay is based on several factors, including the labor market, education, work experience, and certifications. As a Data Governance Program Lead, you will be responsible for defining outcomes and key results for data management. This role involves ensuring alignment with program outcomes and priorities by engaging senior leaders. You will design capabilities in partnership with product, technology, and compliance partners, and drive change management to achieve sustainable results.
Key duties include establishing timebound key results aligned with program outcomes, collaborating with product and compliance partners, creating delivery plans, managing program risks, developing mitigation plans, and maintaining communication plans. You will monitor and report the program's health to stakeholders and provide regular updates to leadership.
