Your Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate data mapping within the Group and maintain comprehensive knowledge of data flows.
• Standardize financial business language around data by creating and promoting a data 'Glossary' to build trust.
• Develop, implement, and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Analyze systems and data flows from a data management perspective to find improvement opportunities.
• Advise project teams on best practices and implementation strategies to enhance information flows, structure, automation, and representation.
• Serve as the single point of contact to ensure overall data consistency, quality, and simplicity of usage.
• Evaluate and improve data integrity techniques and systems.
• Promote a culture of data centricity and high-quality data across the organization.
• Address any data-related issues, including complaints and enquiries.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance and data management.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Strong communication skills, personal organization, rigor, and a high level of attention to detail.
• Specific knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.
• The ability to collaborate effectively with finance and IT teams.
• Proven leadership skills to manage improvement projects successfully.
