This position reports to the Alpha Development Delivery Manager, and focuses on the lifecycle development, delivery, and support of our cutting-edge Alpha Data Platform (ADP) Services.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Integration Developer/Sr Developer, you will:

• Develop and manage ETL/ELT data pipelines and Snowflake DWH.
• Implement CI/CD deployment pipelines and ensure data quality.
• Design and implement modern data pipelines integrating both internal and external data sources.
• Enhance ETL job performance, handle exceptions, and perform query optimizations to meet required SLAs.
• Work collaboratively across global teams (APAC, EMEA, NA) to standardize design and solutions.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the SDLC process, perform peer code reviews, and follow strict governance protocols.

Required Education & Experience:

Prospective candidates should have a B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field. A Master's degree is strongly preferred.

Required experience includes:

• 6-10 years in data integration/orchestration services and architectural solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure cloud, Snowflake SQL, and database performance tuning.
• Familiarity with ETL tools like Talend Cloud Data Integration and Qlik Replicate (Change Data Capture tools).
• Knowledge of financial domains and cloud managed services like GitHub and MS Azure DevOps is an asset.
• Prior experience with State Street, Charles River Development (CRD), and familiarity with third-party data providers such as Bloomberg, Reuters, MSCI, and other rating agencies will be advantageous.
