About the Job

As a Data Integration Lead within our Hyderabad Hub, you will manage a regional team focused on data integration. You will oversee all data integration activities, ensuring they meet our stringent data standards, deadlines, and quality targets.

Main Responsibilities

People Management

(1) Lead a data integration team, conducting performance reviews and development dialogues.

(2) Train, mentor, engage, develop, and recognize team members to maximize their potential and performance.

(3) Recruit new team members, including interview and talent selection processes.

(4) Assess workloads to efficiently manage resources.

Performance and Delivery

(1) Serve as the primary contact for data integration tasks related to Clinical Trials.

(2) Assist the Data Integration Head in optimizing resource allocation based on team members’ skills and project milestones.

(3) Support team planning and task execution, aiming for operational excellence across the data value chain.

Process Optimization

(1) Ensure operational consistency, alignment, and synergies across assigned studies and programs.

(2) Participate in global process optimization and standardization, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management

(1) Collaborate closely with study teams including data managers, biostatisticians, and other stakeholders.

(2) Maintain effective leadership within the global data integration team to ensure regulatory compliance and reliability of clinical trial results.

About You

Experience

Experience in clinical data management and external data integration, including relevant regulations (e.g., ICH E6 and E8).

Soft and Technical Skills

Strong risk-based mindset focusing on Quality by Design (QbD) and essential issues.

Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new challenges.

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills using objective, pragmatic methods.

Effective leadership and people management capabilities.

Experience with Clinical Data Management Systems (e.g., Medidata Rave).

Proficiency in programming languages such as SAS, R, Python, C#, and SQL.

Knowledge of industry standards and practices (e.g., CDISC, especially CDASH/SDTM).

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a life science or mathematics-related field (e.g., Pharmaceutical, Medical, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar technical fields).

Languages

Strong English proficiency (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate fluently in a global environment.
