Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Employment Type: Full-Time Contract (12 months with potential extension)

Join our dedicated Employment & Community Team and make a significant impact in our community. The Data Integrity Agent is instrumental in providing exceptional service to our members and staff, ensuring seamless information flow within our centers.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Prepare member intake and usage documentation
  • Input member data into various systems like CATS, CAMS, ABM, and ETO, and handle weekly data imports
  • Conduct monthly financial reconciliations
  • Create and produce written and statistical reports using multiple information systems
  • Maintain current and accurate document organization systems
  • Develop onsite communication tools and reports, and conduct member surveys for qualitative analysis
  • Perform outbound telephone services including liaising with employers and members
  • Adhere to legal and moral responsibilities for reporting suspected child abuse to Child Protection Services
  • Promote the value of philanthropy and volunteerism within the organization
  • Carry out other assigned duties

Qualifications and Skills:

  • College Diploma in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Relevant work experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of the YMCA’s Vision and practices
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Access, Word, and Excel

  • Flexibility with work schedules, including the ability to work days, evenings, and weekends
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
