Role Profile:

As a Data Integrity Analyst at MUFG Bank Europe N.V. (MBE), you will be a pivotal member of our Data Integrity Team within the Commercial Support Office. Your role will focus on managing client data quality to support our banking operations effectively. This includes overseeing the data input, profile, and management processes, ensuring all customer information aligns with regulatory standards and is current, complete, and accurate.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Maintaining integrity and accuracy of the customer information file (CIF) and banking systems.
• Coordinating customer account modifications and closures.
• Performing data reconciliation and cleansing activities.
• Collaborating across departments to support data-related aspects of business operations.
• Contributing to project delivery within the data management scope.

Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, equipped with experience in the financial services sector, particularly in operational or compliance roles. Proficiency in MS Excel and data tools, along with strong analytical and communication skills, is essential. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Japanese, German, or Dutch is a plus.
