About This Role: Data Integrity Specialist – Civil Business Intelligence

We are seeking a Data Integrity Specialist to join our Civil Business Intelligence team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data across the CAE Civil Aviation organization. Responsibilities:

  • Participate actively in project teams where data integrity is critical for success. This includes running analysis to identify data integrity issues and developing plans to address them at the data and process level.
  • Identify systemic issues during day-to-day data tasks that require system changes or new/adjusted business processes.
  • Collaborate with Business Units and IT Teams to complete data correction actions, such as merging accounts, correcting territory alignment, and performing bulk uploads to Salesforce.
  • Follow data management processes when handling data correction actions.
  • Recommend process and system changes in collaboration with other departments to prevent data quality issues.
  • Conduct outreach within the organization to identify current data needs and limitations, and recommend changes or improvements.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to project teams and leadership on project statuses, key initiatives, and change approvals.
  • Escalate non-compliance issues to the Data Integrity Group Leader.
  • Prioritize actions with the guidance of the Data Integrity Group Leader.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and an aptitude for other IT tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to draw meaningful insights from datasets

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with customer relationship management databases, such as Salesforce
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with PowerBI
  • Knowledge of CAE Customer operations, such as Accounts, reservations, check-in, is highly desired
