About the Role:

We are on the hunt for a skilled Data Lead to join our vibrant team at Media.Monks. In this crucial role, you will be guiding our clients through complex data-driven projects, utilizing cutting-edge analytics platforms like Google Analytics 4, GA4 360, and Adobe Analytics, among others.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the architecture, development, and validation of analytics solutions.
• Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to customize analytics solutions that align with client needs.
• Implementing analytics accounts, managing user access, and optimizing platform features for enhanced reporting and dashboard capabilities.
• Driving client's value through strategic use of data, while managing costs and increasing operational efficiencies.

What You’ll Do:

• Client Servicing: Plan, design, and execute data analytics projects, while also providing best industry practices and innovative solutions.
• Business Servicing: Collaborate on project management and help educate our Accounts, Sales, and Engineering teams on varying analytics platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics.
• Strong technical proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript and SQL.
• Experience in management and training within a fast-paced environment.
• Additional experience with Google Big Query, Adobe Launch, and similar tools will be highly advantageous.
