Role Summary

MetaMedia is currently seeking an experienced Data Lead with over 10 years of experience to support initiatives at the National Risk Management Center (NRMC), part of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA).

What You'll Do

• Develop comprehensive workflows, enhancing data management processes and decision-making capabilities.
• Create intuitive user interfaces and dashboards for data visualization and analysis.
• Oversee data collection, processing, and management, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Strategize on integrating and improving data-related activities within the organization.

What We Need From You

Required Skills:

• At least ten years in a role enhancing analytic capabilities with comprehensive knowledge of Data Management and Governance.
• Proficiency in analytics tools like Tableau, Esri, and Microsoft Power BI.
• A strategic mindset for addressing enterprise-level data and analytical challenges.

Desirable Experience:

• Experience in managing large-scale data projects and research methodology.
• Advanced skills in program research and data delivery systems.

Work Location & Travel

Position based in Arlington, VA with hybrid work options available.

Educational & Clearance Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields is required; a Master’s degree is preferred. US Citizenship and a minimum Suitability Assessment (Public Trust) at the Moderate IT-Risk Level required.
