About the Role

As a Data Lead at OP-Henkivakuutus, you will oversee the transition to a cloud-based data platform, replacing our existing data warehouses with a cutting-edge solution. You'll plan and implement this transition in collaboration with our teams and stakeholders. Your leadership will ensure that business requirements and benefits are met during this change.

Key Responsibilities

Define business requirements for the data platform, create a migration roadmap to the cloud-based system, and lead its execution. You will establish and support a new data team, setting goals and ensuring they understand and refine business requirements. Managing information release, data integrity and quality on our new platform will be your responsibility, along with supporting data integrations with other teams and enhancing their data-related skills.

Who Are We Looking For?

Our ideal candidate has years of experience working with data, understands best practices for data quality and integrity, and is familiar with ELT processes, data modeling, and data/information architecture. Experience with cloud solutions and regulatory aspects of data, including data protection, is essential. Project management and change leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a networked environment are also crucial.
