Your Role: Data Lead - Product

As the Lead of the Rider Data Team at FREE NOW, your mission is to transform data insights into actionable business value. Collaborate closely with top executives including the VP of Rider Product and heads of Design and UX Research. Your leadership will guide a team of 4-5 skilled Data Analysts and Engineers towards delivering exceptional results. If you are driven to uncover new potential and make a substantial impact, we need you to drive our data-driven strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Empower and guide a cross-functional team of data professionals to optimize performance and outcomes.
• Foster collaboration across departments and ensure the integration of best industry practices.
• Use strategic thinking to improve and deploy high-value data products catered to our B2C and B2B segments.
• Initiate and interpret experiments and data-driven projects to enhance our features and app functionalities.
• Coach and mentor team members to foster professional growth and a mindset of continuous learning.

What You Need to Succeed

• An intrinsic curiosity with a deep desire to understand the 'why' behind occurrences.
• Proven leadership experience in data team management within tech-forward environments.
• Expert analytical abilities and familiarity with SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and A/B testing methodologies.
• Strong communication skills in English, with proficiency in data storytelling and influencing decision-makers.
