The Digital RWD Team plays a central role in establishing the data management, data governance and data strategy needed to scale the use of Real World Data across Sanofi. Reporting to the RWD Foundations Manager, this role offers the opportunity to participate in this exciting mission.

In this role you will...

  • Manage both data & business needs, leveraging a deep understanding of business processes and technology to assist business stakeholders in achieving their desired outcomes.
  • Perform data modeling, process modeling, data management through the warehouse - processes, data quality auditing and logging to benchmark.
  • Report on the state of data quality, assist with the preparation of data verification and testing methods, and process automation.
  • Identify and analyze business requirements for data use, analysis, and quality, and act as a coordinator between stakeholder groups to meet these requirements and deliver prompt, efficient, quality service.
  • Communicate solution trade-offs to business stakeholders to guide and shape project decisions.
  • Identify new opportunities to leverage data and to integrate data or applications to enhance business value.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirements in your deliveries.
  • Develop and implement procedures for effective data management aligned with FAIR principles.

About you

  • Driven to create a competitive advantage through the delivery of data products and services to Sanofi’s business units.
  • Expert in data manipulation, data quality and auditing techniques.
  • An excellent team player working effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams, bridging the gap between data needs and practical solutions.
  • Passionate about learning and staying on the cutting edge of data technology.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake, Informatica and AWS.
  • Expert Python or R programmer.
  • Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Have 3+ years’ experience in data management or data analytics.
