Job Description

Mission

The Data Management Associate - Document Annotation will support the Solutions Team by improving the accuracy and quality of our AI/ML model through precise data annotation and labeling.

Core Responsibilities

• Browser through various document types and annotate data.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate communication and information exchange via emails or calls/meetings.
• Report and document issues encountered during data annotation to the Solutions team and discuss solutions for accuracy improvement.
• Contribute to workflow process enhancements.
• Ensure team adherence to defined processes and best practices.

Qualifications

• HSC holder.
• 6 months of experience in data research and data management related processes is an advantage.
• Computer literate.
• Fluent in English. Proficiency in additional languages is appreciated.
• Able to work flexible hours while maintaining a work-life balance.

Required Skills

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently with minimal errors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, autonomous and self-driven.
• Capability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, take initiatives, and strictly adhere to guidelines and instructions.
