Job Description

Join our Data Management Team and assist with accurate supplier data entry into the EcoVadis database:

Main Duties:

• Perform online research to verify and validate companies' registered details such as legal entity, business activity and operational scope.
• Enter such information of companies of varying sizes and industries, and from global locations, into EcoVadis suppliers’ database using country company registers and online databases.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather more information when needed.
• Comply with set methodology, rules and guidelines for the Qualification process.
• Demonstrate Capability to work independently to accomplish established quantitative and qualitative targets on daily operational tasks.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and improvement of the Qualification process.
• Cooperate in initiatives with other teams within the organization, such as the Support and Commercial teams.
• Take on other responsibilities related to the role as and when needed.

Qualifications

• HSC holder
• Prior experience in data or internet research field is advantageous
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory (written and spoken). Proficiency in other languages is a substantial benefit.
• Outstanding computer proficiency, especially in MS Excel, Word and other desktop tools.
• Focused on customer and quality.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
