Job Role: Data Management Contract Analyst (Lead)

Join Draper as a Data Management Contract Analyst where you will lead responsibilities to manage and deliver on customer and contract requirements. This role involves maintaining our PLM system, ensuring timely submissions of deliverables, and driving process improvements across the board.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage deliverable items across various programs within the company.
  • Coordinate deliverable lifecycle management from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Act as the primary liaison for program managers concerning contract requirements and deliverable statuses.
  • Develop reports on deliverable metrics for team and executive reviews.
  • Drive solutions for delayed deliverables through effective communication and process adjustments.
  • Continuously enhance data and deliverable management processes using advanced business and PLM tools.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in related fields, with at least 3 years in commercial and DoD contract environments.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Over 7 years of related experience, with extensive dealings in DoD contracts.
  • Proficiency in business and PLM tools, with familiarity in 3DX and/or COBRA.
  • PMP certification.

Work Environment
