Key Responsibilities

As a Data Management Lead at Analytica, you will:

• Develop and enforce data management strategies and policies.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of data across platforms.
• Lead data integration and migration efforts from various sources.
• Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Mentor team members and manage stakeholder relations.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in data governance within large, complex organizations.
• Proficiency in Big Data technologies such as Apache Hadoop, Hive, or Spark.
• Extensive experience with cloud data solutions like Databricks and AWS.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, including data modeling and data movement.

Desired Certifications

While not required, the following certifications will be beneficial:

• AWS or Databricks Certification.
• Active US Federal Clearance.
