Job Purpose:

Join HEINEKEN International as the Data Management Manager for the APAC Data & Analytics Hub in our D&T department. Play a pivotal role in establishing scalable data foundations across HEINEKEN, supporting our strategy to enhance data-driven decision making and maintain our lead in innovation and technology.

Job Overview:

As the Data Management Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing data governance and quality across APAC. You will set strategic directions, ensure adherence to global standards, and spearhead data initiatives to keep our operations aligned and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain data governance frameworks and policies in alignment with the company's standards.
• Develop and enforce an Enterprise-wide Data Model to streamline processes.
• Monitor and analyze data management KPIs to ensure optimal performance.
• Work closely with Local Data Stewards to uphold data quality and control.
• Promote and facilitate the adoption of best practices in data management.
• Generate insights to aid strategic decision-making and future planning.
• Enhance communication and cooperation within the APAC region.
• Lead and mentor a team of Data Stewards and Requestors.

Job Requirements:

• Education & Experience: Master’s degree in IT, Data Management, or a related field. At least 8 years of experience in Data Management with leadership roles, and familiarity with multinational, multicultural environments preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Service Request tools, and ERP systems. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with fluency in English and the local language.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the FMCG sector and its specific business challenges and frameworks.
