Position Overview: Data Management Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Data Management Specialist to join our Enterprise Master Data (EMD) team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building and maintaining master data, supporting the design, and delivering solutions to enhance Micron’s data quality. As problem solvers, we strive to bring innovative ideas that accelerate value delivery and consistently focus on data management efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Uphold data governance policies.
• Support day-to-day master data creation and maintenance.
• Monitor and audit overall data quality rigorously.
• Document and analyze business processes to close documentation gaps.
• Drive continuous improvements to streamline data management processes.

Required Expertise and Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Master Data, Operations, or Change Management.
• Proficiency with tools such as Teamcenter or equivalent Product Lifecycle Management tools.
• Experience in SAP Material Management, Sales & Distribution, and Production Planning.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• A solid understanding of supply chain business processes.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into actionable items.
