Job Description:

As a Data Management Specialist Expert at Experian, you will provide critical support and expertise within our Data Management department. You'll play a key role in enhancing data quality and accuracy initiatives. Your analytical skills will help monitor and analyze consumer credit data and participate actively in project work aimed at improving our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer technical expertise to our data management team and collaborate with other departments.
• Design and manage project plans, ensuring efficient delivery of services.
• Develop strategies to optimize data validation, accuracy checks, and reporting standards.
• Analyze data trends, preparing detailed reports and implementing recommended enhancements.
• Participate in scrum meetings, manage operational issues, and provide high-level support in escalations.
• Engage consistently with data furnishers for data validation and project execution.

Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in SQL and relational databases.
• Effective project management and process optimization skills.
• Experience with ETL processes and data analysis tools (Tableau, Alteryx, Excel).
• Ability to multitask, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
