Elevate Enterprise Data Management at DSV

At DSV, strengthening our Enterprise Data Management (EDM) capabilities is a pivotal aspect of our digital strategy. Become a specialist in our Enterprise Data Management team and be a key player in driving our data-driven transformation.

Located in Hedehusene, our EDM department is a critical component of our digital transformation goals. You'll join a new team of eight professionals, working closely with key stakeholders to advance our Enterprise Data agenda.

Define Our Data Governance and Quality Management

As a Data Management Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our data governance and quality management efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and facilitating key data governance processes, including data ownership delegation
• Creating and managing collaborative communities and forums
• Overseeing governance and quality monitoring activities across business functions
• Promoting data governance and quality awareness throughout the company
• Aligning data governance strategies with data models and architectures in collaboration with the Data Architecture Lead
• Providing mentorship and fostering a culture of excellence within the Data Governance team

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should have a balance of theoretical knowledge and practical experience in data governance, data quality management, and their business impacts. Leadership and excellent communication skills are essential as you will educate various stakeholders on data governance concepts.

We imagine that you:

• Hold a degree in business, information management, computer science, or a related field
• Have at least 4+ years of experience in data governance, including setting policies, standards, and processes
• Possess experience in data governance from roles such as data owner or product owner
• Have envisioned and implemented data quality frameworks, including KPIs
• Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills
• Are fluent in English, both spoken and written
