Job Description

As a Data Management Team Leader based in Ebene, Mauritius, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the local Data Management team. Your focus will be on maintaining high-quality data delivery, managing customer assessments, and handling information quality-related tasks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the team adheres to defined processes and best practices.
  • Handling escalations and queries from internal and external customers.
  • Allocating daily tasks, planning resources, and coaching team members.
  • Meeting individual, team, and company objectives linked to defined SLAs and KPIs.
  • Leading recruitment, training, and integration of new team members.
  • Driving continuous improvement by participating in and promoting sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in team management or training.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in data research, entry, or management.
  • Strong multitasking, coordination, and organizational abilities.
