Data Management Trainee Opportunities

We are currently searching for driven Data Management Trainees to join our office in Budapest, Hungary. Through our Trainee Start Up! Program, you will gain invaluable experience working within the HR function of a globally diverse organization. The program spans 6 months with the potential for extension up to 2 years.

As a Data Management Trainee, you'll play a critical role in supporting Nokia Employees and People Managers across Europe, engaging with various tools, processes, and improvement initiatives, as well as handling various operational and transactional tasks.

What You Will Learn and Contribute To

As a Data Management Trainee, you will manage day-to-day operations within the People Master Data organization of NBS. This team is accountable for activities related to the employment lifecycle, including HR data maintenance and payroll support, across 41 countries in Europe. Our European team oversees more than 40,000 employees and updates over half a million records annually.

Joining our team, you will contribute to:

• SAP P24 administration
• Oracle HCM administration
• Manager/Employee self-service portal maintenance
• Leave of absences related maintenance
• Additional HR project support

Your Skills and Experience

We're looking for candidates who are:

• Technologically savvy, comfortable with Windows, Office 365, Excel, and MS Teams
• Strong in interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic team players with high motivation, self-organization, and a result-oriented mindset
• Good communicators in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset
