Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate business needs into long-term, optimized data models.
• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Develop best practices for data standards and data architecture.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in data modeling tools such as ERwin, ER/Studio, or similar.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and Data Vault concepts.
• Proficient in data analysis and profiling on database systems like SQL and Databricks.
• Good knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and NoSQL databases (like MongoDB).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Domain knowledge in Insurance and Finance.

Work Environment

There is no constraint on working from the Offshore Development Center (ODC) if there is a client requirement. The role offers flexibility in work timings based on the engagement needs.
