Job Description

Become an integral part of our Insurance Engineering and Analytics team as a Data Operations Analyst. You will tackle complex data-related issues, assist in automating data processes, and manage the execution of data pipelines ensuring optimal operation in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and systems; identify and resolve complex issues; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support data process automation and maintain documentation for on-premise and cloud-based systems.
• Investigate issues and collaborate on development of solutions.
• Conduct regular audits and optimize data management practices.

Skills and Experience

• 5+ years in a similar role with expertise in SQL Server, Azure SQL, and scripting languages like Python.
• Strong ability to perform data querying, manipulation, and analysis.
• Background in the insurance sector is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud platform and ML concepts preferred.

Salary & Benefits

For this role based in Waterloo, Ontario, the salary range is $70,350 - $117,250 CAD annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
