Job Description: Join the dynamic Data Operations team at Dun & Bradstreet as a Data Operations Associate (R-16241). In this vital role, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to manage daily operational tasks, enhance business efficiencies, and develop best practice strategies. As a specialist in data segment setup, activation, and troubleshooting, you'll provide expert solutions tailored to client goals and technical requirements.
Essential Key Responsibilities:
- Deeply understand the functionalities of advertising platforms and data suppliers’ businesses.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to address inquiries and fulfill requests.
- Perform setup configurations on platform user interfaces.
- Curate and manage data collection from various sources, ensuring seamless data flow to platform partners.
- Liaise with Data Operations and Tech teams in Singapore and India to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Support quarterly taxonomy activation by managing campaigns across different platforms.
- Monitor and report on data integration and flow within platforms to guarantee system accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date ticketing systems to track issue status and resolutions.
- Provide support to teams in major global locations including New York City, London, Sydney, and Singapore, particularly during their offline hours.
- Document processes and integrations for continuous improvement.
Additional Skills and/or Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or other quantitative disciplines, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the advertising or publishing industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript and SQL.
- Familiarity with ad serving, tag implementation, and the digital advertising landscape is preferred.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, with exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain high productivity.
- Excellent team collaboration skills and the capability to work autonomously.
- Eager to learn new tools for reporting and analysis.
