Key Responsibilities

As a Data Operations Senior Associate, you will:

• Deliver information, insights, and solutions crucial for strategic business decisions and complex problem situations.

• Validate hypotheses, mitigate risks, and optimize solutions through detailed analysis.
• Play a significant role in developing predictive models and generating data insights.

• Translate functional requirements from stakeholders into precise technical and data requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 5 years experience in data-driven analysis and problem-solving.
• Strong ability to analyze complex data and draw accurate conclusions with an understanding of business impact.
• Proven experience in developing predictive models and data insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and at least 2 years of experience in data migration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with query writing and data analysis tools.
• Certifications in Data Technology, Agile, or other project management methodologies.
