About the Role: Data Operations Specialist

At Mindvalley, Data Operations are pivotal in maximizing the utility of data through meticulous analysis and optimisation. As a Data Operations Specialist, you will spearhead the identification and resolution of data issues, enhance data processes, and ensure our data architecture aligns perfectly with strategic business goals. This role requires a proactive approach to data governance, a zeal for data-driven culture, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence:

Lead initiatives aiming for process improvement within our data frameworks. Engage in the entire cycle of data processes to boost efficiency and craft solutions that enhance operational workflows.

Business Requests & Issue Resolution:

Resolve data-related inquiries and issues, ensuring operational continuity and aiming for optimal resolutions with minimal impact on business processes.

Project Management and Problem-Solving:

Manage and lead projects focusing on data operations, navigate complex challenges, and make strategic decisions that align well with organizational goals.

Technical Expertise and Tool Proficiency:

Utilize advanced tools and technology to streamline workflows, share knowledge, and enhance the technical skills of your team.

Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:

Work closely with various stakeholders, addressing their data needs and fostering strong, supportive relationships to ensure project success.

Data Governance and Data Management:

• Strong communicator with a proven record of leadership and team development.
