We're currently seeking a passionate part-time Data Operations Specialist to enhance our operations in Urdorf. This role involves critical data management tasks including the collection, verification, and maintenance of information essential to our services.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Data Acquisition: Gather information regarding debt enforcement and residential addresses for both companies and individuals.

Data Maintenance: Accurately update and maintain information within our database.

Analysis and Validation: Ensure the reliability of our data through meticulous verification processes.

Client Support: Address client inquiries, providing responsive and informative assistance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background: Completion of a commercial education program.

Experience: Prior professional experience, preferably within a municipal or enforcement office, with a solid grasp of legal and bureaucratic protocols.

Languages: Fluent in German, proficient in English, and either Italian or French.
