Your Role: Data Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update databases within FinDox, Reorg’s proprietary loan document aggregation and compliance service.
  • Process and manage high volumes of time-sensitive emails effectively.
  • Guarantee the quality of data and consistency of workflows.
  • Efficiently organize virtual files and folders to optimize operations.

  • An exceptional eye for detail.
  • Proven aptitude for web technologies and quick adaptability to new systems.
  • Experience in high-pressure environments or handling time-sensitive tasks is preferred.
  • 1-5 years of professional experience in related fields.

Reorg considers a multitude of factors for compensation, such as skills, experience, and market needs. The estimated salary for this position is $67,000, with final compensation determined by comprehensive assessment. Eligibility for annual discretionary bonuses adds to our competitive package.
