As a Data Operations Specialist at Healthgrades, your expertise in Business Activity Monitoring, Analysis, and Reporting Console (BARC), coupled with your experience in creating reporting dashboards and data visualization, will be instrumental. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the optimization of data processes within our organization, offering data solutions to drive success and enhance user experience.

Location

RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule to foster togetherness, culture, and accountability. Our South Charlotte office is open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, while remote work is allowed on Mondays and Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage BARC systems for monitoring and analysis.
• Design, develop, and customize reporting dashboards using tools such as Tableau and Looker.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into actionable solutions.
• Implement data quality checks and validation processes.
• Monitor and optimize dashboard performance.
• Provide training and support on BARC functionalities and data visualization best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues related to data operations, reporting dashboards, and data visualization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• A minimum of 3+ years in data operations, BARC systems, and data visualization.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau and Looker.
• Experience with SQL queries across complex relational databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and focus on data accuracy.
• Independent and team-oriented working ability.
• Adaptability to new technologies and methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 (Note: Actual salary based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience)
