Job Responsibilities

Join our esteemed team at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and leverage your expertise in financial operations. As a Data Operations Team Leader, you will:

• Conduct deal reviews within Service Level Agreements (SLA), ensuring thorough comparison of Term Sheets and Legal Confirmations against the Risk Management System.
• Ensure accuracy in reviews and timely escalation of unissued or unexecuted documents.
• Drive process efficiency by identifying incorrect booking practices and educating the Middle Office on their impact.
• Foster and maintain strong working relationships with internal Lines of Business, Middle Office, Front Office, and other internal counterparts.
• Ensure all issues are investigated and resolved promptly, adhering to Business Standards.
• Prepare weekly Management Information Systems (MIS) reports and monthly control packs for Senior Management.
• Analyze Management Information (MI) to report trends and spikes.
• Participate in various testing related to system enhancements, project implementations, and new business initiatives.
• Identify control gaps and propose ideas for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

We are searching for a motivated individual who possesses:

• A graduate degree with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong partnership abilities and a proactive attitude.
• Knowledge of ISDA and Equity Derivatives Products, along with practical experience in Equity Derivatives.
• The capacity to handle complex product coverage, adapt swiftly to changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High numeracy, excellent keyboard skills, and superior computer literacy.
• An understanding of the significant financial risks that operational errors and control risks can pose.
