Role Overview: Data Management Executive

The Data Management Executive plays a crucial leadership role in managing business accountability for data within FLU/CF/Ops. This position defines and prioritizes the data management strategy and ensures regulatory adherence and data quality across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating policies, standards, and process requirements, leveraging risk management expertise.
• Engaging with stakeholders to ensure adherence to program and policy requirements.
• Driving innovation and change with strong executive presence and presentation skills.
• Leading a centralized QA team to implement metrics and targets for policy adherence across the data lifecycle.
• Oversight of Data Risk Management Framework execution by FLU/CF, including implementing tools for requirement compliance.
• Establishing and ensuring effective controls within processes and performing reviews.
• Partnering with DSME, DSE, and DQCE teams to address emerging risks and areas of non-adherence.
• Solving complex problems with data management expertise to deliver on business initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• 8 to 10+ years of experience in data management within financial services.
• Experience in designing and executing data programs to address data and regulatory risks.
• Proven expertise in creating and monitoring adherence to data management and governance policies.
• Experience in cross-functional partnership to drive strategic priorities.
• Exceptional ability in preparing communications and leading discussions with senior audiences and regulators.
