Your Role and Responsibilities

About the Position

We are searching for a Data Product Lead to join our Data, Analytics & AI group within Operations IT. This team supports various business areas such as Development, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Procurement with data-driven solutions and insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Vision: Provide strategy for data products and ensure performance metrics measure data product efficiency.
• Performance Metrics: Define KPIs to measure product efficiency and champion data-driven decision-making and innovation.
• Data Product Execution: Manage workstream, milestone, and roadmap aligning to business demands and requirements.
• Demand and Requirements: Identify and map domains and data products to meet use case requirements, collaborating with business stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to the data product operating model, consistency in delivery timelines, and refine working methods to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

Essential Skills and Experience

• Passion for technology and continuous improvement.
• Experience in leading and developing teams in delivering Data Products.
• Understanding of data mesh concepts, data management, Cloud computing (AWS), and relevant technologies.
• Critical thinking and the ability to formulate tangible roadmaps with clear business value.
• Leadership abilities with a proven record of growing and motivating teams.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• High project management proficiency.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Desirable Skills and Experience

• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, specifically around data requirements and compliance standards (GXP, GDPR, SoX).
• Experience in life sciences and healthcare.
