Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for analyzing, testing, and deploying data products that fulfill stakeholder needs
- Data analysis: Reviewing data products to determine areas for enhancement and possibilities for new features or advancements. This includes examining usage data, client feedback, and other metrics to guide product development decisions.
- Product testing and validation: Assessing data products to ensure accuracy, dependability, and stakeholder suitability. This includes creating test scenarios, performing tests, and studying test results to detect and resolve problems.
- Data governance: Making sure that data products adhere to data governance policies and processes. This includes collaboration with data governance teams to ensure that the data products are secure, accurate, and meet regulatory requirements
- Product documentation: Crafting product documentation, comprising user manuals, training materials, and release notes, to ensure that stakeholders comprehend how to proficiently use data products.
- Stakeholder engagement: Cooperating with stakeholders across the organization to recognize their needs and ascertain that data products fulfill their specifications. This includes working jointly with business analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to comprehend their use cases and offer support as required.
- Functioning as the Subject Matter Expert on GDD Data & Analytics Solutions and accumulate domain knowledge of the specialized GDD area
- Possesses an End to End ownership attitude in propelling initiatives to completion
- Comfortable operating in a high-speed environment with minimal supervision
- Effectively mentors other team members to unleash their full potential
- Prior experience operating in an Agile/Product-oriented atmosphere
- Gives strategic feedback to vendors on service delivery and balances workload with vendor teams
