As a Quality Data Analyst, you will be managing data retrieval and analysis within the Turbo vertical. Your passion lies in using data visualization and mining software programs to make inferences about supply chain, finances, marketing, and operations; transforming data into insights that can improve the business's value.

As part of Rappi, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and managing business intelligence solutions for the team.

• Analyzing business requirements and processes and recommending them to the management and executives for implementation.

• Analyzing data to identify patterns and trends, which can assist companies in improving their marketing efforts.

• Designing data models to aid the company in understanding their customers using segmentation analysis.

• Identifying the development needs to streamline and improve the company's operations for efficiency and profitability.

• Recommending process improvements that can assist the business in achieving its goals.

• Coordinating this diverse set of distributed individuals, ensuring their appropriate interaction, and aligning their output for the entire organization.

What are my qualifications to be part of this vibrant universe?

• Production/Industrial/Software Engineers, Business Administrators, or related fields.

• At least 1 year of experience in similar roles.

• Fluent in English & Spanish (written & spoken), Portuguese is optional.

• High proficiency in SQL (Mandatory), Airflow (desired).

• High proficiency in Power BI (Mandatory), Looker Studio (Desired), Qlikview (Optional), Tableau (Optional).

• Proficiency in Python (Mandatory), R (Desired), SAS (Optional), Knime (Optional), Alteryx (Optional).

• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies - Jira (Mandatory), Git (Mandatory), Trello (Desired), Confluence (Desired), Opsgenie (Optional).

• Knowledge of Amplitude, Redash, and Snowflake is desired.

• Communication skills: They use their communication skills to convey information to their team, clients, and other stakeholders.

• Business acumen: The ability to understand a business' needs and how to meet them. 

• Critical thinking skills: The ability to analyze information and make decisions based on the information you have.

• Ability to build storytelling and design actionable insights.
