We are well-funded and have engineering offices in New York City, Toronto, and Vancouver. We are in search of a Part-time Data Quality Analyst to join our team! The role of the Data Quality Analyst involves collecting and analyzing data through meticulous investigation procedures to offer a proactive insurance fraud monitoring, detection, and prevention solution to our clients. Responsibilities & Scope: - Conduct thorough and prompt investigations of insurance claims, utilizing open data sources for research. Logically arrange discovered evidence and classify documents accordingly. - Maintain excellent quality assurance by analyzing external claimant data for quality, comprehensiveness, and correctness. - Examine claims and report findings clearly and succinctly as required. - Boost efficiency and offer valuable insights for automation throughout our operations process. - Achieve or surpass weekly file targets. - Adhere to review processes & procedures. - Ensure the security & confidentiality of Personal Identifiable Information in files. - Comply with company security and disclosure guidelines. Requirements: - Must be available for at least 20 hours per week. - Prior experience in content research (in an educational or professional setting). - Capability to work independently in a remote setting. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to document research findings clearly and concisely. - Organized and structured approach to thinking, with the capacity to think creatively during investigations. - Strong ability to work both independently and as a team. - Well-disciplined in time management, with flexibility based on the caseload and case management. - Capability to adapt to changing technologies through dynamic training and open feedback.
