Data Quality Analyst, Identity Theft and Breach Notification at Kroll

About the Position:

The Data Quality Analyst is pivotal in supporting the lifecycle of data breach response services, encompassing data file processing and email campaign management. As a part of the operations team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and deliver communication services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and format large data sets for successful integration and processing with Kroll’s internal and partner systems.
- Ensure the integrity of data processing with routine file tracking and audits.
- Leverage data collection and reports to enhance content impact and service improvement.
- Assist in identifying trends from error logs to prevent future issues and enhance system reliability.
- Manage client and billing setups in Kroll’s proprietary web-based applications.
- Provide support and cross-training in print and email production processes.
- Maintain top-notch accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.

Required Skills and Traits:

- Proficiency in advanced Excel, VBA scripting, and data manipulation.
- Exceptional organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communicative skills, adept in both oral and written formats.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a high-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in service delivery.

Qualifications:

- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Capable of sitting for extended periods near a computer.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
