Job Description

Our goal is to empower businesses to make data-driven decisions by providing key business and product metrics and insights to external CRMs. Our 12-expert team supports marketing, sales, customer success, finance, and people experience departments with both short-term and long-term projects. By collaborating closely with stakeholders, we aim to eliminate data inconsistencies, resolve data transfer issues, and provide data that enhances operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult and brainstorm specific metrics requirements with product and business analysts.
• Challenge data governance with stakeholders to find middle ground between business and product data.
• Automate data quality processes and detect duplicates.
• Identify inconsistencies in data flow and operational metrics in external CRM platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce).
• Utilize and develop a global database, challenge data flow processes in collaboration with data engineers.
• Work daily with Redshift, Git, and Airflow.

Qualifications

What will help you thrive:

• Demonstrable experience in using SQL for actionable insights in a commercial or academic setting (must-have).
• Experience partnering with internal stakeholders.
• Experience leading and executing end-to-end projects.
• Proficient in business English.
• Basic experience with Hubspot or Salesforce.
• Knowledge of version control and repository management basics.
