Job Description

We're seeking a talented Data Quality Analyst to enhance customer data, benefiting our Sales and Marketing teams. This full-time, hybrid role will require 1-2 days a week in our Heredia office. You'll need high-speed internet access for remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data audits using various tools to identify CRM system issues.
  • Correct structural errors such as typos, invalid entries, syntax errors, and missing values in data sets.
  • Eliminate outliers, outdated entries, and redundant data, and merge duplicate accounts.
  • Cleanse and enrich customer data to optimize usability across all business functions.
  • Participate in Data Steward and Data Quality meetings and initiatives.
  • Contribute to developing data quality methodologies and advocate best practices.
  • Adopt AI-enabled technologies to ensure data integrity.
  • Build relationships with cross-functional partners to support strategic projects.
  • Collaborate with other Data Stewards and internal teams to share insights and best practices.

Qualifications

  • AA/AS degree or equivalent 2-year post-high school training.
  • 2+ years of experience with large data sets, particularly in cleansing sales/marketing customer data.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce core functionality, with experience in Sales Cloud and/or Salesforce Inspector preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of database concepts; experience with Snowflake, MongoDB, etc., is a plus.
  • Expertise in MS Office, especially Excel pivot tables, charts, lookups, and formulas.
  • Experience working with Data Dictionaries and data maps.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex ideas into actionable solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience using CRM customer data and data enrichment tools like Salesforce DataCloud, ZoomInfo, and RingLead.
  • Understanding of DAMA and DMBOK core data governance principles is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in virtual communication tools such as MS Teams, Slack, and WebEx.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent business communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Collibra DQ or similar data quality systems.
  • Experience with tools like Merger Market, Pitchbook, Merger Links, and LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Salesforce Certifications.
