Role Overview: Data Quality and Management Analyst

As a Data Quality and Management Analyst, you will maintain and enhance data management systems and processes to ensure superior data quality. You will collaborate with various stakeholders including data owners to uphold and implement standards that boost our enterprise data management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the setup and future vision of our Enterprise Data Catalog and Metadata Management.
• Collaborate closely with Data Governance to enable and evolve our data governance strategies.
• Promote data management best practices across the company.
• Analyze technology for data platforms in collaboration with enterprise architects and data engineers.
• Align our data management systems with industry best practices.
• Administer corporate reference and metadata management systems.
• Develop and implement business rules for data profiling and analysis.
• Create and publish data quality reports and perform root cause analysis on data issues.
• Work with data stewards to set and achieve data quality targets.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in data management or data engineering.
• Proficiency in T-SQL and familiarity with business terminology and data dictionaries.
• Experience developing data solutions on platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Knowledge of various database types such as relational, NoSQL, cloud-based, and columnar.
• Experience crafting data quality rules on any data platform is highly advantageous.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
