Role Overview

The Asset Wealth Management (AWM) Chief Data Office (CDO), established in 2014, is crucial in defining our core data strategy, ensuring the availability of high-quality data critical for operational success and client satisfaction. As a pivotal part of the AWM CDO - GWM Data Remediation team, you will address and improve data quality, contributing directly to our business’s efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Leading the analysis and management of Data Quality Issues and metrics reporting.
  • Extracting and remediating records in databases to resolve data quality issues.
  • Defining requirements for the Data Quality Engine and Operational Data Quality User Interface.
  • Handling management and exception reporting with tools like Alteryx and Tableau.
  • Enhancing team dynamics and energy levels with effective people skills.
  • Implementing time management techniques to achieve high-performance results.
  • Creating thorough documentation to ensure smooth on-boarding and knowledge transfer.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Prospective candidates should bring a strong analytical aptitude along with:

  • At least 4 years of experience in managing data analysis projects.
  • Proven record in an operational setting with daily data operations and exception handling.
  • Essential knowledge of Client Onboarding and KYC processes.
  • Exceptional command over analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Robust organizational and risk management capabilities.
  • Experience in business analysis, process flow mapping, and remediation strategies.
