Data Quality Specialist at Capgemini

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Quality Specialist, you will:

• Utilize industry best practices and cutting-edge tools to analyze data quality, measuring reliability, completeness, and consistency.
• Create and implement detailed action plans based on comprehensive data quality assessments to improve data management systems.
• Work collaboratively with data stewards, engineers, and business analysts to drive data quality enhancement initiatives across multiple departments.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate the success of data quality solutions, leveraging KPIs and other metrics to fine-tune processes and identify opportunities for further enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrable experience with IDMC/CDQ, Python, and ADF, particularly in support of RMA projects.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a knack for solving complex problems.
• Experience in data profiling, data integration, and using various data quality tools.
