Position Overview: Data Reporting Manager - Philippines

As the Data Reporting Manager at TechnologyAdvice, you'll be instrumental in guiding our Philippines data team from manual reporting toward innovative automated processes and insightful data analysis. Your leadership will drive our transition, enhance our reporting capabilities, and generate valuable insights. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Philippines data team, fostering a productive and collaborative environment.
• Transform manual reporting into automated processes, optimizing data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requests and deliver actionable insights.
• Define and refine metrics and KPIs to align with organizational goals.
• Develop processes ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and scalability.
• Analyze data, generate insights, and create compelling visualizations for decision-making.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality adherence.
• Provide exceptional support to stakeholders, addressing data-related queries and issues promptly.

Who You Are

• 4+ years of experience in data management or analytics, with leadership experience.
• Proficient with SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), and ETL tools (e.g., FiveTran, DBT).
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and extracting insights.
• Detail-oriented, committed to data accuracy and quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solver, creative and resourceful in dynamic environments.
• Experience in process development, standards setting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Team player with strong relationship-building skills across geographies.
• Must have a working laptop/PC and an internet connection with a backup.
• Agile professional thriving in fast-paced environments.

Compensation

We strive to offer competitive compensation that reflects our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent aligned with our core values and mission. The monthly salary range for this position is ₱75,000—₱93,000 PHP, determined by multiple factors including skill level, experience, and cost of labor.
