About the Role:

We are on the lookout for an extraordinary Data Science Expert to enhance our dynamic team. At Forter, we're pioneering advanced machine learning systems that form the backbone of our cutting-edge products designed to thwart online fraud and malicious activities. This role offers the unique opportunity to tackle complex, ever-evolving data, drive innovations from concept to deployment, and have a significant impact by delivering solutions directly to production.

What You'll Do:

• Develop innovative machine learning models from initial proof of concept to full scale deployment in production environments.
• Take full ownership of your projects and collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, engineers, and fellow data scientists.
• Address unique data science challenges using a broad array of techniques including data science, machine learning, statistics, and algorithms.
• Analyze in-depth and multidimensional datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, and indicators of potential fraud.
• Keep abreast of the latest adversarial strategies employed by fraudsters and adapt defensively.

What You'll Need:

• A minimum of 7 years' experience in machine learning, data science, or statistical modeling.
• Proven track record of successfully deploying machine learning models to production, delivering substantial business value.
• Experience in leading projects, teams, or task forces.
• A degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
• A passion for solving complex problems and strong collaboration, communication, and idea-sharing skills.
