Experience Required:

2-3 years

Required Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of the US healthcare market, including compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HEDIS, CMS guidelines).
• Understanding of healthcare data sources and standards, such as claims data and EMR/EHR data.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages like SQL, Python, R, or SAS, and experience in applying Machine Learning and AI in healthcare contexts.
• Skilled in data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights effectively.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to process complex data and identify trends and patterns.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, capable of working effectively in diverse, cross-functional teams.
