Data Science Intern

Data Science Intern You will work on high visibility projects as a Data Scientist, bringing Data Science and NLP expertise to projects. You will be part of the RD Data Science team and collaborate with Product Managers, domain experts and Knowledge representation experts to derive high value outcomes from Elsevier content. You will have the opportunity to impact almost all Elsevier applications related to Research and Operations. Responsibilities Your experience will enable you to translate business needs into data science projects, propose end-to-end solutions for handling complex content transformation problems, using diverse technical and human resources such as machine learning, taxonomies, linked data, domain experts, NLP, and information retrieval. You will collaborate with product managers/owners and various team members to clearly identify project KPIs and their measurements. Elsevier is an equal opportunity employer.
